We began our paving journey in 1969 when Joseph C. Wiest left his steel job to pursue his own business. We expanded in 1988 by adding a fully certified asphalt plant and relocating to our current Mitchell Hill Road facility. We have operated for more than five decades, delivering reliable asphalt solutions throughout the region. We specialize in commercial and residential asphalt paving, sealing, and tarchip applications. We produce all mixes with 100% virgin asphalt, avoiding recycled materials to ensure superior quality. We are a PennDOTcertified plant offering BCBC, ID2 Binder, ID2 Top, and Modified Top blends.
