Montry Cook began our enterprise in the 1930's. Together they expanded the business and became certified at state and local levels as a Minority Business Enterprise. COOK Paving & Construction was the first MBE certified company to win a prime contractor contract from ODOT. Thomas Cook to become Vice President and Richard A. Rogers and Dave Cabbil joined the firm as partners.

Linda has been with Cook Paving and Construction since the days of Richard A. Rogers and Dave Cabbil.
Over those 20-plus years, she has worked her way up the ladder by learning the operation from the inside out.
Linda also added to her hands-on knowledge by taking college courses in related fields.
Prior to becoming President, Linda had secured and still manages Cook's largest client.
This experience has given her a unique perspective on how to continue Cook's growth for the next 20 years.
Keith grew up following the lead of his grandfather Richard Rogers, former owner and president of Cook.

We believe that safety-minded team members result in secondary benefits of a higher levels of craftsmanship across the board.
To execute this mandate, Cook Paving and Construction keeps a Certified OSHA Outreach Instructor on staff as our Safety Director.
We continually invest in over 50 areas of workplace safety and technical training for our team members.
We are proud to have received 100% accident-free years of operation from the Ohio State Burea of Workers Compensation, Construction Safety Council of Northeast Ohio, and Construction Employers Association for (input years here).

Site Development has been part of Cook Paving and Construction's core competencies since we began paving streets 70 years ago.
Our site development disciplines include pavement removal, demolition, earthwork, site grading and compacting, aggregate base installation, landscaping, and clean up.

Our asphalt paving expertise began with hauling the hot mix in 1930s.
When Cook Paving incorporated in 1950 Montry and Tom made the decision to begin asphalt paving.
We have been paving roadways, runways, parking lots and more for the 70 plus years since!
Cook's asphalt capabilities vary from full depth pavement installation, overlays, asphalt milling, and maintenance abilities such as chip sealing and crack sealing.
