Parking Lot Maintenance
Report
At HSC Pavement Maintenance, we realize that property managers have many responsibilities beyond the scope of parking lot maintenance.
That is why we offer pavement management plans to property managers, business owners, and maintenance professionals.
The process starts with on-site evaluations for each property, by one of our pavement management specialists.
We evaluate the pavement's surface quality, cracks, severely damaged areas, and pavement marking.
Using our findings, we create a pavement maintenance plan, including an evaluation of the current condition of the pavement, quotes for repairs, as well as future budgetary and cost savings estimates.

Highway Maintenance
Report
For over 25 years our teams have been performing road and highway maintenance services for state departments of transportation and local municipalities.
When it comes to concrete roads and highways HSC saws the joints to widen them and to remove existing material and debris.
Then HSC seals the joints with either silicone or hot rubber sealant.
Additionally, HSC repairs spalls in concrete by using a hot mastic material that is built to outperform conventional spall repair and patching methods.
Cracks in asphalt roads and highways are sealed similarly by either routing the crack to create a reservoir for the sealant or by applying an overband.

Asphalt Paving
Report
Utilized in a variety of applications, asphalt is a cost-effective surface for roads, parking lots, and driveways.
HSC provides quality asphalt paving at great prices.
There are several factors that influence the lifespan and quality of new asphalt: compaction of the sub-base, depth of pavement, and quality of pavement joints.
A quality sub-base should be well compacted, and comprised of appropriate materials for the specific application.
For commercial applications, we recommend 3-6 inches of asphalt.

Asphalt Patching
Report
Full depth patching involves removing and replacing portions of asphalt.
The goal of the replacement is to remove areas that of old asphalt that have deteriorated.
When doing a full depth patch, the perimeter of the area is cut by saw and then removed.
After that, hot mix asphalt is poured into the open patch.
The asphalt is then compacted to a smooth finish.
Infrared patching is a method of heating the existing asphalt and re-blending it with the pavement.
Once blended, a joint-free integral patch results.
